Simple and Glam

Hello, loves!  Summer is surely on it’s way.  This means there will be a wedding, party or an event to go to almost every weekend.  Welcome to the South.  I wanted to share a simple, but glam look that you could wear when semi-formal is the attire.

It’s rare for me to get dolled up.  Church and a fancy summer wedding are as dressy as it gets for me.  When the occasion does arise, I can’t hide the fact, I love getting glammed up every so often.  I am head over heels for this statement necklace.  The neutral tones make it so easy to pair with an outfit.  It definitely makes a statement.  I love the simple black tank.  Everyone has a solid black tank top in their closet, right?!  This one has a dainty lace seam on both sides.  It adds extra uniqueness and texture!  I love adding a pop of color, hence the bright royal blue skirt!  Also, it has pockets, ‘nough said!  If you don’t already have some, you need to invest in a simple pair of nude pumps.  They are a staple ladies.  Add ya a half-knot and {bam}, your semi-formal look is complete.  Not too formal, not too casual.
